In Memory of David G. Carpenter David's Icebreaker Speech contained these words "I am an extraordinary fellow, a genuine renaissance man..." - and that he was. He studied the sciences as a young man, then the arts in his middle years. Yet, while being relatively new to our club, and the Toastmasters community, David was working on his CC and CL achievements, and had successfully served as our Sergeant-At-Arms (2009-2010). He passed away, unexpectedly, Oct. 8th, 2010. David will be missed. |
