Since William was young, he knew he was not as others were. He saw things differently. Where one would normally see rocks, rubble and concrete, he would see the spine of a dragon. When others just experienced a rainstorm, sunset or sunrise for its pleasing effect, William sensed a renewal or cleansing and a passage opening into other realms. This view of his surroundings has afforded William with the ability to cross the boundaries of fantasy and reality. The aspects of the Showman and the Shaman, the Soothsayer and the Storyteller are alive and well in the form of William Corey.

William's mix of illusion and reality, myth and materiality has not only set the framework of his life and calling, but has awarded him various degrees of accomplishments in a variety of studies. Yet, he prefers to keep this to himself. William says "PhD's and doctorates can be achieved by anyone who has the stamina to put up with the whims of their professors. Knowledge -- true knowledge -- does not come from professional educators and books alone, but from real world hands-on experience." His knowledge, experience and abilities have earned him several distinctions, including being named Magician of the Year by the Society of American Magicians, Assembly 36 (3 times) for excellence in magical performance. Included with William's accomplishments as an entertainer was being named Division Governor of the Year for Toastmasters (District 68), as well as having also received the highest honor bestowed by Toastmasters International to its membership, the title of D.T.M. (Distinguished Toastmaster) for outstanding accomplishments in communication and leadership skills.


So What Does He Do?

Following the path of the archetypes, William has enveloped himself in a myriad of philosophies, religions, beliefs and cultures. As a performer, speaker and counselor, he has taken and used his findings to create a truly unique experience which he calls Psychodynamic Entertainment.


Whatever the occasion, whether it be a Christmas celebration,Mardi Gras ball, New Years celebration, Children's party. or Halloween party. Whatever the group, whether it be a corporate function, school function, fund-raising activity, the occasional renaissance festival or birthday party. Whatever the audience, from two to two thousand, or simply with a one-to-one consultation, William can fulfill your needs.
